Comparación de la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y su bienestar en los pacientes hipertensos entre dos grupos etáreos del centro de salud Pachacútec - Cajamarca Julio, Setiembre, 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar la comparación de la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y su bienestar en pacientes hipertensos entre grupos etáreos en el Centro de Salud Pachacútec durante los meses de Julio - Setiembre, Cajamarca. La Metodología se encuestó a 90 pacientes hipertensos diagnosticados, considerándose tres criterios: se adhiere, adherencia moderada y no se adhiere. Resultados: el 63,0 y el 63,49% de mujeres y hombres se adhieren al tratamiento farmacológico; el 3,71 y 3,17% de mujeres y hombres tienen adherencia moderada; y el 33,34 y 33,3% de mujeres y hombres no se adhieren en conclusión, la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes hipertensos del Centro de Salud Pachacútec demostró ser alta.

The objective is to determine the comparison of adherence to pharmacological treatment and their well-being in hypertensive patients between age groups in the Pachacútec Health Center during the months of July-September, Cajamarca. Methodology: 90 diagnosed hypertensive patients were surveyed, considering three criteria: adherence, moderate adherence and non-adherence. Results: 63.0% and 63.49% of women and men adhere to pharmacological treatment; 3.71% and 3.17% of women and men have moderate adherence; and 33.34% and 33.3% of women and men do not adhere. In conclusion, adherence to pharmacological treatment in hypertensive patients at the Pachacútec Health Center proved to be high.
