Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es identificar el grado de conocimiento y aplicación de la ergonomía en los estudiantes de la Clínica Estomatológica Franklin Roosevelt de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo cuantitativo no experimental de corte transversal. Se aplicó un cuestionario de conocimiento y test observacional de BHOP. La técnica empleada fue desarrollada en dos etapas, encuesta de conocimiento según BHOP y una lista de verificación postural según BHOP. La muestra es de 73 alumnos encuestados y 53 alumnos participantes en el análisis de observación postural. En conclusión, se encontraron deficientes resultados en nivel de conocimiento y aplicación de posturas ergonomías respecto a semestres académicos, según sexo y edad.

As a method, a cross-sectional non-experimental quantitative study design was used. A knowledge questionnaire and observational BHOP test were applied. The technique used was developed in two stages, a knowledge survey according to BHOP and a postural checklist according to BHOP. The sample is 73 students surveyed and 53 students participated in the postural observational analysis. In conclusion, deficient results were found in the level of knowledge and application of ergonomic postures with respect to academic semesters, according to sex and age.
