Autocuidado de pacientes con Tuberculosis atendidos en el Centro Materno Infantil José Gálvez Villa María del Triunfo Lima 2022

Abstract

El Objetivo del estudio fue determinar las medidas de autocuidados que practican las personas afectadas con tuberculosis pulmonar en el Centro Materno Infantil José Gálvez Villa María del Triunfo Lima 2022. Método. El tipo de estudio fue descriptivo simple. El diseño no experimental, transversal y de enfoque cuantitativo; la población de estudio estuvo conformado por 40 pacientes que reciben atención y tratamiento anti tuberculosis en el Centro Materno Infantil. El diseño muestral fue no probabilístico tipo censo, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario conformado por 20 preguntas. Resultados el 47.5%, registraron autocuidado regular, 27.5% nivel bueno y 25 % deficiente Respecto a descanso y sueño predomino el nivel regular y deficiente con un 50% y 27.5% respectivamente.

The objective of the study was to determine the self-care measures practiced by people affected with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Centro Materno Infantil José Gálvez Villa María del Triunfo Lima 2022. Method. The type of study was simple descriptive. The study population consisted of 40 patients receiving anti-tuberculosis care and treatment at the Centro Materno Infantil (Mother and Child Center). The sample design was non-probabilistic, census type, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire made up of 20 questions. Results 47.5% registered regular self-care, 27.5% good and 25% deficient. Regarding rest and sleep, regular and deficient levels predominated with 50% and 27.5% respectively.
