Relación entre atención farmacéutica y el Síndrome de Burnout en el grupo 14 Inkafarma 2021

Abstract

La investigación tiene el propósito de Determinar qué relación existe entre la atención farmacéutica y el síndrome de Burnout del personal en el Grupo 14 Inkafarma 2021. Estuvo regida por el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental correlacional transversal. La muestra empleada fue de 117 dependientes, con el instrumento de atención farmacéutica validado por expertos. Los resultados nos indicaron la existencia de una correlación alta entre las dos variables de la investigación con un Rho de Spearman de 0.782 y una significancia bilateral de 0.000.The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between pharmaceutical care and the Burnout syndrome of the personnel at Grupo 14 Inkafarma 2021. It was governed by the quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design. The sample used was 117 dependents, with the pharmaceutical care instrument validated by experts. The results indicated the existence of a high correlation between the two research variables with a Spearman's Rho of 0.782 and a bilateral significance of 0.000.
