Errores de prescripción de las recetas atendidas en la farmacia de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Huacho, periodo Mayo a Julio 2021

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio de investigación fue identificar los errores de prescripción de las recetas atendidas en la farmacia de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Huacho, durante el periodo mayo a julio 2021. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica el análisis documental de las recetas y el instrumento fue la ficha de recolección de datos previamente validado por el juicio de experto, la población de estudio estuvo conformada 2205 recetas y la muestra fue 327 recetas. El promedio de las recetas que presentan algún tipo de error de prescripción es el 16.48 % de las recetas atendidas en la farmacia de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Huacho, durante el periodo mayo a julio 2021The objective of this research study was to identify prescription errors in prescriptions filled at the emergency pharmacy of the Huacho Regional Hospital during the period May to July 2021. The data collection technique used was documentary analysis of prescriptions and the instrument used was the data collection form previously validated by expert judgment. The study population consisted of 2205 prescriptions and the sample was 327 prescriptions. The average number of prescriptions with some type of prescription error is 16.48% of the prescriptions filled in the emergency pharmacy of the Regional Hospital of Huacho, during the period May to July 2021
