Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción de medicamentos en dosis unitaria en recetas atendidas en la Farmacia del Hospital Militar Central, Lima 2023. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, transversal, no experimental, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 recetas médicas de dosis unitarias. El 100% si cumplen en colocar la cantidad, 84,8% de las recetas si cumplen respecto a las indicaciones, el 98,6% de las recetas si cumplen en consignar la forma de presentación del medicamento recetado, el 94,9% de las recetas si cumplen en consignar la concentración del principio activo. En conclusión, las recetas de dosis unitaria atendidas en la Farmacia, se evidencia el cumplimiento de las Buenas prácticas de prescripción.
The objective of this study was to determine compliance with Good Prescribing Practices for unit-dose medications in prescriptions filled at the Pharmacy of the Hospital Militar Central, Lima 2023. The study is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental, and the sample consisted of 79 unit-dose prescriptions. 100% of the prescriptions were in compliance with the quantity, 84.8% of the prescriptions were in compliance with the indications, 98.6% of the prescriptions were in compliance with the form of presentation of the prescribed drug, 94.9% of the prescriptions were in compliance with the concentration of the active ingredient. In conclusion, the unit dose prescriptions filled at the Pharmacy show compliance with Good Prescribing Practices.
