Sindrome de Burnout en profesores de la institución educativa Enma Luzmila Calle Vergara en tiempos de Covid 19, Huancayo 2021

Abstract

Este estudio fue, Nivel de síndrome de Burnout en profesores de la Institución Educativa Enma Luzmila Calle Vergara en tiempos de Covid-19, Huancayo 2021., siendo la metodología, no experimental de tipo descriptivo simple y de corte transversal, en una muestra 51 profesores que fueron encuestados. Resultados, Siendo el mayor porcentaje del 34(66,6%) que presentan un nivel medio del síndrome de Burnout concluyéndose, Se determinó que el nivel de síndrome de Burnout en profesores de la Institución Educativa Enma Luzmila Calle Vergara en tiempos de Covid-19, Huancayo 2021, presentan un nivel medio del síndrome de BurnoutThis study was, Level of Burnout syndrome in teachers of the Educational Institution Enma Luzmila Calle Vergara in times of Covid-19, Huancayo 2021., being the methodology, non-experimental of simple descriptive type and cross-sectional, in a sample 51 teachers who were surveyed.
