Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la correlación entre la satisfacción del usuario y el marketing para la promoción de ventas en la cadena de Boticas San José, Lima - 2025. Fue una investigación básica, observacional, transversal y de diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 usuarios seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios validados por juicio de expertos y con confiabilidad mediante Alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados mostraron que el 95,8% de los usuarios se encontró satisfecho y predominó la valoración buena del marketing. En el análisis inferencial se obtuvo un p-valor de 0,000 (p<0,05), concluyéndose que existe correlación significativa entre ambas variables.
The study aimed to determine the correlation between user satisfaction and marketing for sales promotion in the Boticas San José chain, Lima - 2025. It was a basic, observational, cross-sectional, non-experimental study. The sample consisted of 120 users selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Two questionnaires validated by expert judgment and Cronbach's alpha reliability were administered. The results showed that 95.8% of users were satisfied and that marketing was predominantly rated as good. The inferential analysis yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), concluding that there is a significant correlation between the two variables.
