Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a la ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Huacho- 2021. Método, tipo cuantitativo, diseño correlacional y no experimental, muestra 115 gestantes, análisis documental. Los resultados indican que no existe asociación con la edad, grado de instrucción, paridad, anemia, hábito de fumar, traumatismo, embarazo múltiple, antecedentes de ruptura prematura de membranas, antecedentes de ruptura prematura de membranas en parto prematuro, presentación y situaciones anómalas del feto y polihidramnios. Sin embargo, existe una asociación en la atención prenatal, Infecciones cervicovaginales y las Infecciones de tracto urinario. En conclusión, los factores no se asocian a la ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Huacho – 2021

The results indicate that there is no association with age, education level, parity, anemia, smoking, trauma, multiple pregnancy, history of premature rupture of membranes, history of premature rupture of membranes in preterm labor, fetal presentation and abnormal situations and polyhydramnios. However, there is an association in prenatal care, cervicovaginal infections and urinary tract infections. In conclusion, the factors are not associated with premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women attended at the Huacho Regional Hospital - 2021.
