Abstract
The objective of this research was to establish the relationship between the level of knowledge of basic pharmacovigilance concepts among pharmacists and the practice of reporting adverse reactions in Puno, 2025. A basic, non-experimental, correlational study was conducted. The population consisted of 261 pharmacists belonging to the Puno Pharmaceutical Chemistry Association. The results showed a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about pharmacovigilance and the practice of reporting adverse reactions. It was concluded that a higher level of knowledge about pharmacovigilance is associated with better adverse reaction reporting practices, confirming a statistically significant relationship between both variables among the professionals evaluated.
