Abstract
El estudio evaluó la relación entre las buenas prácticas de dispensación y la satisfacción de los usuarios. Se realizó en la Botica Dr. Secce de Huancayo durante el año 2026. La investigación tuvo enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y nivel correlacional. Se empleó un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 251 usuarios del establecimiento. El 64,9% presentó un nivel alto de buenas prácticas de dispensación. Respecto a la satisfacción, el 57,8% de los usuarios mostró un nivel alto. Los resultados reflejaron una percepción generalmente favorable del servicio farmacéutico. En conclusión la prueba chi-cuadrado (p = 0,000) confirmó una relación estadísticamente significativa entre ambas variables.
