Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y las prácticas de tecnovigilancia en profesionales de farmacia de establecimientos privados del Perú durante 2025. Se realizó con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional, en 109 químicos farmacéuticos. Los resultados mostraron que el 58.7 % presentó bajo conocimiento y el 56.9 % prácticas insuficientes en tecnovigilancia. Además, la edad, la experiencia laboral y el nivel de formación se asociaron significativamente con un mayor conocimiento. Se concluyó que existen importantes brechas que requieren fortalecer la capacitación, supervisión y cultura de seguridad en los establecimientos privados.
The study aimed to determine the level of knowledge and practices regarding pharmaceutical vigilance among pharmacy professionals in private establishments in Peru during 2025. It was conducted using a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design with 109 pharmaceutical chemists. The results showed that 58.7% demonstrated low knowledge and 56.9% insufficient practices in pharmaceutical vigilance. Furthermore, age, work experience, and level of education were significantly associated with greater knowledge. The study concluded that significant gaps exist that require strengthening training, supervision, and a safety culture in private establishments.
