Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y práctica de protocolos de bioseguridad en el profesional de enfermería de un Hospital General de Huancayo 2022. El método fue básico con nivel correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 30 profesionales de enfermería. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 53,3% (16) presentó un conocimiento alto en protocolos de bioseguridad, el 40,0% (12) tiene un conocimiento medio y el 6,7% (2) un conocimiento bajo; y en relación a la práctica el 53,3% (16) presentaron buenas prácticas, el 43,3% (13) regulares y el 3,3% (1) deficientes. En conclusión, se determinó que si existe una relación significativa entre el conocimiento y la práctica de protocolos de bioseguridad.
The objective is to determine the relationship between the knowledge and practice of biosafety protocols in the nursing professional of a General Hospital of Huancayo 2022. The method was basic with correlational level, the design was non-experimental cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 30 nursing professionals. The results showed that 53.3% (16) had high knowledge of biosafety protocols, 40.0% (12) had medium knowledge and 6.7% (2) had low knowledge; and in relation to practice, 53.3% (16) had good practices, 43.3% (13) regular and 3.3% (1) deficient.
