Uso del paclitaxel en el tratamiento de cáncer de mama en pacientes del IREN-centro en Huancayo.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es describir las características de uso del paclitaxel en el tratamiento del cáncer de mama en pacientes del IREN- Centro. El método de Investigación, descriptiva observacional; retrospectivo, no experimental y transversal. Los resultados muestran que la edad característica encontrada en el IREN-Centro fueron los adultos, las características del tratamiento, son el tiempo de administración 78 % de 1 a 3 meses, pautas semanales 60 %, tratamientos favorables 35 %, reacciones adversas tipo neurológico 53 %, y hematológico 28 %, patologías encontradas, la metástasis visceral 75 %, y comorbilidades, como la hipertensión arterial 40 %. En conclusión, el uso del paclitaxel en el tratamiento del cáncer de mama se caracteriza porque la mayoría fueron adultos que reciben pautas semanales en un tiempo de 1 a 3 meses y concluyen el tratamiento de manera favorable.The objective of the research is to describe the characteristics of paclitaxel use in the treatment of breast cancer in patients of the IREN-Center.
