Cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción en recetas atendidas del sistema integral de salud del hospital regional de huacho, setiembre a noviembre 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es identificar el nivel de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción (BPP) en las recetas atendidas del sistema integral de salud del Hospital Regional de Huacho, septiembre a noviembre 2022; El método de investigación es básica, no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo representada por 351 recetas atendidas. Los resultados indican que en los datos del paciente el 96.80% de las recetas cumplen, datos del prescriptor el 100.00% de las recetas cumplen, datos del medicamento el 94.90% de las recetas cumplen y el 78.30% de las recetas son legibles en su redacción. En conclusión, el promedio del nivel de cumplimiento de las BPP en recetas atendidas del sistema integral de salud del Hospital Regional de Huacho durante el periodo septiembre a noviembre 2022, fue del 92.50%.

The objective of the research is to identify the level of compliance with good prescribing practices (GPP) in prescriptions filled in the integrated health system of the Regional Hospital of Huacho, September to November 2022; The research method is basic, non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional. The sample was represented by 351 prescriptions filled. The results indicate that in the patient data 96.80% of the prescriptions comply, prescriber data 100.00% of the prescriptions comply, drug data 94.90% of the prescriptions comply and 78.30% of the prescriptions are legible in their wording.
