Abstract
El estudio determinó el nivel de conocimiento sobre la loratadina en usuarios de la Botica Salud Segura. La población fue de 500 usuarios y la muestra final de 100, seleccionados por muestreo no probabilístico. Se aplicó un cuestionario validado, con preguntas cerradas dicotómicas (Sí/No). Los resultados mostraron que el 58% posee un conocimiento regular del medicamento, solo el 22% tiene buen conocimiento y el 20% presenta un nivel insuficiente. En indicaciones terapéuticas, el 57% obtuvo nivel regular. En dosificación y forma de uso, el 48% regular y 42% bueno. En contraindicaciones y efectos secundarios, 48% regular. En presentaciones comerciales, predominó el conocimiento insuficiente (38%). Se concluye que el conocimiento general de la población es limitado.
The study determined the level of knowledge about loratadine among users of Botica Salud Segura.
