Abstract
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal de averiguar que pueden estar asociados a la no adherencia de los medicamentos en los usuarios de la Botica Farma Charito de los Olivos Lima 2022, el tipo de investigación que se llevó a cabo fue cuantitativo, transversal y descriptivo, de nivel correlacional, la muestra conformada por 85 personas mayores de 18 años. Los resultados indican mala adherencia con el 63.9% de los usuarios que no trabajan tienen, el 60% de usuarios con nivel educativo no universitario, el 56.9% usuarios que no tiene comunicación con el médico, y de los que reciben atención médica de calidad el 18.2 % tiene, el 57.6 % cambia los medicamentos y en mayor proporción por uno de menor costo. En conclusión, la falta de adherencia al tratamiento está asociada de manera significativa con el lugar de procedencia, la condición de trabajo, el nivel educativo, la comunicación con el médico y la calidad de atención.

The results indicate poor adherence with 63.9% of users who do not work, 60% of users with non-university education, 56.9% of users who do not have communication with the doctor, and of those who receive quality medical care 18.2% have, 57.6% change medications and in greater proportion for one of lower cost. In conclusion, lack of adherence to treatment is significantly associated with place of origin, work status, educational level, communication with the physician and quality of care.
