| dc.description.abstract | La hipertrigliceridemia es el exceso de triglicéridos (sustancias grasas) en la sangre y en el organismo. La adherencia terapéutica es el grado de comportamiento de una persona respecto a la toma de medicamentos y seguimiento de un régimen alimentario, determinadas por un médico. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar los niveles de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con hipertrigliceridemia que frecuentan un Establecimiento Farmacéutico del Distrito de Huancayo. Por tanto, se aplicó el método científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo. Como resultado de la investigación realizada, se obtuvo información relevante respecto a: El sexo, edad y grupo etario de los pacientes con hipertrigliceridemia que tienen adherencia terapéutica; asimismo, sobre los indicadores de implicación personal, relacionacional y comportamental relacionados con la adherencia terapéutica en los pacientes con hipertrigliceridemia; y sobre el nivel de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes que padecen esta enfermedad crónica. | es_Es |
