Cuidado humanizado de enfermería desde la percepción del paciente hospitalizado en el servicio de cirugía -Hospital -Ventanilla 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el cuidado humanizado de enfermería desde la percepción del paciente hospitalizado en el servicio de Cirugía-Hospital -Ventanilla 2023. El método de estudio fue de tipo descriptivo simple, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra fue conformada por 30 pacientes del servicio de cirugía. Los resultados a nivel global fueron medianamente favorables con 43.7%. En la dimensión Fenomenológica se obtuvo 60.4%, interacción 68.7%, necesidades humanas 73% y científica 56.2%; todos fueron medianamente favorables. En Conclusión, el cuidado humanizado de enfermería desde la percepción del paciente fue medianamente favorable en sus 4 dimensiones.

The objective of the research was to determine the humanized nursing care from the perception of the hospitalized patient in the Surgery-Hospital-Window 2023 service. The study method was simple descriptive, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design, the sample consisted of 30 patients of the surgery service. The overall results were moderately favorable with 43.7%. In the Phenomenological dimension, 60.4%, interaction 68.7%, human needs 73% and scientific 56.2%; all were moderately favorable. In conclusion, humanized nursing care from the patient's perception was moderately favorable in its 4 dimensions.
