Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la calidad de registro de notas de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital San Martín de Pangoa, Junín 2022. La metodología fue descriptiva, la muestra es población de estudio estuvo conformada por 2,788 registros de notas de enfermería, la muestra fue de 400 registros de notas de enfermería, el tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico de tipo sistemático, la técnica de recolección de datos fue revisión documental y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue a través de una lista de chequeo. En los resultados se observó que de 400 (100%) registros de notas de enfermería, 199(49%) registros de notas de enfermería la calidad es óptima. En conclusión, se determinó que la calidad de registro de notas de enfermería es óptima.
