Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de estrés laboral y desempeño en el personal asistencial del Hospital departamental de Huancavelica-2023. El método fue de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional; la muestra conformada por 123 personales. Los resultados muestran que en cuanto al nivel de estrés laboral, el 72,2% (95) presentaron un nivel bajo, el 21,1% un nivel medio y solo el 1,6% (2) mostró un nivel alto. Por otro lado, el 80,5% (99) evidenciaron un nivel bueno de desempeño laboral, el 18,7% tuvo un nivel de desempeño regular y apenas el 0,8% (1) mostró un nivel de desempeño malo; al comprobar la relación de las variables se obtuvo un coeficiente Rho de Spearman= -0,596 y un p-valor=0,000. En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre el nivel de estrés laboral y desempeño en el personal asistencial.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of work stress and performance in the healthcare personnel of the Departmental Hospital of Huancavelica-2023. The method was basic, non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational design; the sample consisted of 123 personnel. The results show that 72.2% (95) showed a low level of work stress, 21.1% a medium level and only 1.6% (2) showed a high level. On the other hand, 80.5% (99) showed a good level of work performance, 18.7% had a fair level of performance and only 0.8% (1) showed a poor level of performance; when testing the relationship of the variables, a Spearman's Rho coefficient = -0.596 and a p-value = 0.000 was obtained.
