Abstract
El objetivo es valorar el efecto antivaricoso en los pobladores de la ciudad de Celendín a través de la administración tópica del gel de Rosmarinus Officinalis. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo, descriptivo, observacional, experimental, desarrollado en la ciudad de Celendín. La muestra lo constituyeron 10 pobladores que aceptaron participar del estudio, la validación del instrumento fue por juicio de expertos. Los resultados respecto a la administración del gel de romero en los pobladores de la ciudad de Celendín, tras la aplicación del tratamiento de 7 a 10 días los participantes manifestaron lo siguiente: el 40% percibieron la calma del dolor, 20% sintió una desinflamación en las varices, 10% comentaron que ablanda las varices, 10% comentó que no hay adormecimiento, 10% no noto nada,10% sintió las piernas más descansadas. En conclusión, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se determinó que el gel de romero resulta beneficioso para tratar las molestias ocasionadas por las varices.
The objective is to evaluate the antiviral effect on the inhabitants of the city of Celendín through the topical administration of Rosmarinus Officinalis gel. The method used was a descriptive, observational, experimental, descriptive study design developed in the city of Celendín. The sample consisted of 10 inhabitants who agreed to participate in the study, and the instrument was validated by expert judgment. The results regarding the administration of rosemary gel in the inhabitants of the city of Celendín, after the application of the treatment for 7 to 10 days, the participants stated the following: 40% perceived the pain calming, 20% felt a reduction of inflammation in the varicose veins, 10% commented that it softens the varicose veins, 10% commented that there is no numbness, 10% did not notice anything, 10% felt their legs more rested. In conclusion, according to the results obtained, it was determined that rosemary gel is beneficial for treating the discomfort caused by varicose veins.
