Abstract
En la presente investigación se concreta como objetivo, determinar la relación que existe entre el grado de miedo y ansiedad en niños de 6 a 12 años, que acuden a su primera atención odontológica al Centro de salud de Chilca, Huancayo 2022. El estudio está enfocado en una investigación tipo básica, de diseño descriptivo y correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 niños con edades comprendidas entre 6 y 12 años, seleccionada mediante el muestreo probabilístico por conveniencia. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta tipo escala de Likert y el instrumento fue un cuestionario. El análisis de los datos se llevó a cabo mediante la estadística descriptiva y la estadística inferencial a través de pruebas no paramétricas.
