Abstract
La investigación es aplicada, observacional, descriptiva. Diseño no experimental, transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 41 pacientes que cumplían los criterios de inclusión. Técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario. En el resultado el 29,3% de los pacientes tienen adherencia al tratamiento; el 97,6% de los pacientes tienen un nivel de satisfacción medio, en el dominio de efectividad y el 61% de los pacientes tienen un nivel de satisfacción alto, en el dominio satisfacción global. Concluyendo que los pacientes hipertensos atendidos en el Centro de Salud de Chilca que tienen un nivel de satisfacción medio y alto con el medicamento no son adherentes al tratamiento; los pacientes adherentes también muestran niveles de satisfacción medio y alto con el medicamento
