Abstract
La presente investigación titulada Conocimiento sobre consumo de ácido fólico en gestantes adolescentes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Subtanjalla, Ica – 2019. Respecto a la metodología de secuencia de estudio, fue de método científico, tipo no experimental, de diseño descriptivo simple, realizado con una muestra de 120 gestantes adolescentes tempranas, medias y tardías. En relación a los resultados, teniendo en cuenta la edad, estado civil y nivel educativo, señalan un 73,3% (88 gestantes) desconocen que es el Ácido Fólico y conocen respecto al tema 26,7% (32 gestantes). Respecto a la dosis adecuada encontramos un total de 61.7% (74 gestantes) que tienen desconocimiento sobre la dosis exacta, un 26.7% indica que la dosis es de 400 ug. (32 gestantes), solo el 11.7% (14 gestantes) indican que son 300 ug; sobre el horario que debe de tomar el ácido fólico, encontramos que un 43.3% (52 gestantes) indican que debería de ser por las mañanas, 39.2% indica que el horario es por la tarde y solo el 17.5% desconocen (21 gestantes)
The present research entitled Knowledge about folic acid consumption in adolescent pregnant women attended at the Subtanjalla Health Center, Ica - 2019. Regarding the study sequence methodology, it was of scientific method, non-experimental type, simple descriptive design, carried out with a sample of 120 early, middle and late adolescent pregnant women. In relation to the results, taking into account age, marital status and educational level, 73.3% (88 pregnant women) do not know what folic acid is and 26.7% (32 pregnant women) know about it. Regarding the adequate dose, 61.7% (74 pregnant women) did not know the exact dose, 26.7% indicated that the dose was 400 ug. (32 pregnant women), only 11.7% (14 pregnant women) indicate that the dose is 300 ug; regarding the schedule for taking folic acid, we found that 43.3% (52 pregnant women) indicate that it should be in the morning, 39.2% indicate that the schedule is in the afternoon and only 17.5% do not know (21 pregnant women)
