Psicoprofilaxis Obstétrica Y Complicaciones En El Trabajo De Parto En Gestantes Atendidas, Centro De Salud La Libertad, Huancayo – 2024

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre psicoprofilaxis obstétrica y complicaciones en el trabajo de parto ,como método fue el diseño correlacional, no experimental; cuestionario y la ficha de recolección de datos, A partir de la evaluación de 30 gestantes, se obtuvo una correlación negativa fuerte y significativa entre ambas variables (r = -0.659, p < 0.05), lo que indica que, a mayor conocimiento sobre psicoprofilaxis, menor es la presencia de complicaciones, los resultados sugieren que el conocimiento de la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica puede contribuir a un mejor manejo del trabajo de parto. Se concluye que un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica reduce los niveles de complicaciones durante el trabajo de parto.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between obstetric psychoprophylaxis and complications in labor. The method used was a correlational, non-experimental design; a questionnaire and a data collection form, based on the evaluation of 30 pregnant women, a strong and significant negative correlation was obtained between both variables (r = -0. 659, p < 0.05), indicating that the greater the knowledge of psychoprophylaxis, the lower the presence of complications, the results suggest that knowledge of obstetric psychoprophylaxis may contribute to better management of labor. It is concluded that a high level of knowledge about obstetric psychoprophylaxis reduces the levels of complications during labor.
