Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la escala de satisfacción a usuarios y la calidad de asistencia otorgada en el servicio de farmacia consulta externa del hospital Carlos Monge Medrano febrero del 2023. El método, es un estudio diseño no experimental, descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal; la muestra está conformada por 300 usuarios elegidos por conveniencia; los resultados en la escala de satisfacción con la calidad de atención: en relación al stock de medicamentos es bueno, en relación con la predisposición recibida por el personal es bueno, en relación con el tiempo de espera para la atención es bueno, en relación con la atención farmacéutica es bueno; En conclusión, se llegó a determinar que la satisfacción de usuarios no llega a ser excelente por falta de capacitación al personal.
