Estudio microbiológico de la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus obtenidas de los mercados de abastos de Lima, en tiempos de pandemia Covid 19, 2020

Abstract

La investigación realizada fue con la finalidad de determinar el estudio microbiológico de la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus obtenidas de los mercados de abastos de Lima, en tiempos de pandemia COVID-19 – Lima 2020. Objetivo: Determinar si la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus L. posee carga bacteriana estudios in vitro Metodología: Sera un estudio de tipo cualitativo, observacional y descriptivo La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalipto) que serán analizadas mediante exámenes: screening fitoquímico y método de Kirby Bauer con infusión a diferentes de las muestras de diferentes mercados de Lima: Caquetá, La Parada, Unicachi y Surquillo respectivamente. Resultados: Se encontrara que la infusiones de las muestras del mercado de Caquetá y La Parada presentan cargas bacterianas elevadas >100,000 UFC y las muestras del mercado de Unicachi y Surquillo no presentan cargas bacterianas elevadas <10%UFC de E. coli Conclusiones: La presencia de carga bacteriana elevada de la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus en los mercados de Caquetá y La Parada fue >100,000 UFC y no son aptas para consumo humano y la infusión de Eucalyptus globulus en los mercados de Unicachi y Surquillo fue baja <10% UFC y son aptas para consumo humano

The research was carried out in order to determine the microbiological study of the infusion of Eucalyptus globulus obtained from the food markets of Lima, in times of pandemic COVID-19 - Lima 2020. Objective: To determine if the infusion of Eucalyptus globulus L. has bacterial load in vitro studies Methodology: It will be a qualitative, observational and descriptive study. The study sample consisted of the infusion of Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) that will be analyzed by tests: phytochemical screening and Kirby Bauer method with infusion to different samples from different markets of Lima: Caquetá, La Parada, Unicachi and Surquillo respectively. Results: It was found that the infusions of the samples from Caquetá and La Parada markets presented high bacterial loads >100,000 CFU and the samples from Unicachi and Surquillo markets did not present high bacterial loads <10% CFU of E. coli: The presence of high bacterial load of Eucalyptus globulus infusion in Caquetá and La Parada markets was >100,000 CFU and are not fit for human consumption and Eucalyptus globulus infusion in Unicachi and Surquillo markets was low <10% CFU and are fit for human consumption
