Abstract
La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar los errores de prescripción en recetas de psicotrópicos dispensados en cadena de botica Inkafarma, San Luis 2 - San Borja; teniendo como metodología de tipo básico, descriptivo, no experimental, transversal y retrospectivo con muestreo no probabilístico, la muestra por conveniencia de 311 recetas de psicotrópico, obteniendo como resultados errores sobre datos del paciente, 112 (85%) no considera el domicilio y 91(69%) no incluye el diagnóstico. Llegando a la conclusión del análisis de las 131 recetas de psicotrópicos de las cuales se identificaron que involucra información incompleta, siendo en su mayoría los datos del paciente.
The following research aims to evaluate prescription errors in psychotropic prescriptions dispensed in Inkafarma pharmacy chain, San Luis 2 - San Borja; having as basic, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional and retrospective methodology with non-probabilistic sampling, the sample by convenience of 311 psychotropic prescriptions, obtaining as results errors on patient data, 112 (85%) does not consider the address and 91 (69%) does not include the diagnosis. The analysis of the 131 psychotropic prescriptions identified as involving incomplete information, most of which was patient data.
