Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo de determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y prácticas del enfermero en el cuidado del neurodesarrollo de neonatos prematuros en el hospital departamental de Huancavelica, 2025. La metodología: El tipo de estudio fue básico, el diseño fue no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La población y muestra de estudio incluyó a 40 enfermeros. Los resultados respecto al conocimiento de neurodesarrollo el porcentaje predominante fue bajo con un 43% (13) y en el caso de la práctica esta fue inadecuada en un 70% (21). En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre conocimiento y prácticas del enfermero en el cuidado del neurodesarrollo de neonatos prematuros en el hospital departamental de Huancavelica, 2025 (Fisher p-valor=0,001).
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge and practices in the neurodevelopmental care of premature newborns at the Huancavelica departmental hospital in 2025. Methodology: The study was basic, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional in design. The study population and sample included 40 nurses. The results regarding knowledge of neurodevelopment showed that the predominant percentage was low at 43% (13), and in the case of practice, it was inadequate in 70% (21) of cases. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between nurses' knowledge and practices in the neurodevelopmental care of premature newborns at the Huancavelica Departmental Hospital, 2025 (Fisher p-value=0.001).
