Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción (BPP) en recetas médicas dispensadas en el Centro de Salud Militar de la 2.ª Brigada de Infantería Wari – Ayacucho. El método fue de tipo descriptivo, observacional y transversal, con un diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 320 recetas médicas. Los resultados. En el análisis del cumplimiento de las BPP fue de 96 % y el no cumplimiento de 4 %. En conclusión, la institución presenta un alto nivel de cumplimiento de las BPP, con fortalezas en la identificación del paciente, la trazabilidad del prescriptor y el uso de la Denominación Común Internacional. No obstante, las omisiones en el diagnóstico, la concentración y cantidad de los medicamentos, así como en la firma del dispensador, representan debilidades.
The objective of this study was to evaluate compliance with Good Prescribing Practices (GPP) in prescriptions dispensed at the Military Health Center of the 2nd Infantry Brigade in Wari, Ayacucho. The analysis of GPP compliance showed 96% compliance and 4% non-compliance. In conclusion, the institution has a high level of compliance with BPP, with strengths in patient identification, prescriber traceability, and the use of the International Nonproprietary Name. However, omissions in the diagnosis, concentration, and quantity of medications, as well as in the dispenser's signature, represent weaknesses.
