Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo evidenciar los factores influyentes en la presencia de reacciones adversas a medicamentos en usuarios que acuden a la botica Ahorrofarma – Huancayo, 2023. Estudio de tipo observacional, prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo, relacional, no experimental. La muestra la constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados respecto a los factores biológicos el 46,8% que son adultos (45 a 59 años), el 30,4% presentaron 1 RAM, según estos resultados se concluye que la edad influye; respecto a los factores patológicos el 60,8% de los usuarios que presentan dos o más enfermedades, el 40,5% presentan 1 RAM; En conclusión, el 51,9% de los usuarios de la botica presentaron 1 RAM.
The objective of this research is to demonstrate the factors influencing the presence of adverse drug reactions in users who go to the Ahorrofarma pharmacy - Huancayo, 2023. The study was observational, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, relational, non-experimental. The sample consisted of 79 users. The results with respect to biological factors, 46.8% were adults (45 to 59 years old), 30.4% presented 1 ADR, according to these results it is concluded that age has an influence; with respect to pathological factors, 60.8% of the users who presented two or more diseases, 40.5% presented 1 ADR; in conclusion, 51.9% of the users of the pharmacy presented 1 ADR.
