Evaluación del Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico de Pacientes con Artrosis y Artritis Atendidos en el Hospital Militar Central

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en pacientes con artrosis y artritis atendidos en un hospital militar central. El método de estudio es de tipo descriptivo, analítico, observacional, la técnica empleada fue la entrevista, el instrumento de recolección fue la ficha de datos ya que se va analizar las variables de estudio. Los resultados según sexo femenino; los que presentan artrosis el 43.3% tienen de 66 a 70 años de edad, y para los que presentan artritis el 51.7% tienen de 56 a 66 años de edad; los que presentan artrosis y artritis proceden de la zona urbana y son casados. Respecto a los tipos de PRM se observa que para los que presentan artrosis y artritis se identificó el PRM 5 en un 33.3% y 41.7%. En conclusión, El SFT ayudó a los pacientes a mejorar el dolor por la artritis y artrosis de presentar un dolor severo a tener un dolor moderado.

The objective of the research is to evaluate the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up in patients with osteoarthritis and arthritis treated in a central military hospital. The study method is descriptive, analytical, observational, the technique used was the interview, the collection instrument was the data sheet since the study variables are going to be analyzed. The results according to female sex; those with osteoarthritis 43.3% are between 66 and 70 years of age, and for those with arthritis 51.7% are between 56 and 66 years of age; those with osteoarthritis and arthritis come from the urban area and are married. Regarding the types of DRP, 33.3% and 41.7% of those with osteoarthritis and arthritis were identified as DRP 5. In conclusion, SFT helped patients to improve their arthritis and osteoarthritis pain from severe pain to moderate pain.
