Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores asociados al incumplimiento de control de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de niños menores de 3 años en La Punta- Huancayo 2023. Se usó el método básico, descriptivo de corte transversal, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, y fueron seleccionados 35 madres de niños menores de 3 años, la técnica que se tomó en cuenta fue la entrevista. Los resultados indican que hay predominio de edad en el rango de 19 a 25 años (70%), el cuidado de otros hijos (31%) y el gasto de traslado al niño al Puesto de salud (63%) son indicadores de incumplimiento. En conclusión, los factores socioeconómicos, culturales e institucionales están asociados al incumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de niños menores de 3 años.

The basic descriptive cross-sectional method was used, the sampling was non-probabilistic by convenience, and 35 mothers of children under 3 years of age were selected, the technique taken into account was the interview. The results indicate that there is a predominance of age in the range of 19 to 25 years (70%), the care of other children (31%) and the cost of transporting the child to the health post (63%) are indicators of noncompliance. In conclusion, socioeconomic, cultural and institutional factors are associated with noncompliance with growth and development control in mothers of children under 3 years of age.
