Employer branding y engagement laboral en los colaboradores de la municipalidad distrital de huachocolpa-2024

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo establecer la relación existente entre el employer branding y el engagement laboral en los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huachocolpa 2024. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se optó por un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicando un diseño de estudio básico, de tipo no experimental, con un nivel descriptivo-correlacional y de corte transversal. El estudio fue de tipo censal, considerando como población de estudio a la totalidad de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huachocolpa, los cuales suman un total de 37 personas. Los análisis estadísticos arrojaron resultados contundentes: se encontró una correlación positiva muy fuerte entre las variables, con un coeficiente de 0.890 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000. Estos datos permiten afirmar que existe una relación directa y significativa entre la percepción del employer branding y el compromiso laboral del personal que labora en esta entidad durante el año 2024.

The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between employer branding and employee engagement among employees of the District Municipality of Huachocolpa 2024. To carry out this research, a quantitative approach was chosen, applying a basic, non-experimental study design with a descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional level. The study was census-based, considering the entire workforce of the District Municipality of Huachocolpa, totaling 37 people, as the study population. The statistical analyses yielded conclusive results: a very strong positive correlation was found between the variables, with a coefficient of 0.890 and a significance level of 0.000. These data allow us to affirm that there is a direct and significant relationship between the perception of employer branding and the work commitment of the staff working in this entity during the year 2024.
