Abstract
La investigación es de tipo descriptivo transversal; diseño no experimental - descriptivo. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia de los factores que intervienen en los usuarios que adquieren medicamentos para el COVID-19 en la botica Sebas Farma- SJL, 2021, la población estuvo establecida por 200 clientes, la muestra fue conformada de manera aleatoria, constituida por 131 usuarios, donde el instrumento que se empleo fue un cuestionario con 15 interrogaciones, en el resultado de acuerdo al estudio realizado se logró determinar que los factores publicidad, económico, sociocultural, y venta libre influyen favorablemente en un 79,4%, respecto a la adquisición de medicamentos contra el COVID-19 en los usuarios de la botica Sebas Farma SJL, 2021
