Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar los factores asociados a ruptura prematura de membranas en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo – 2022. El método se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, básico, nivel descriptivo, diseño retrospectivo, transversal, donde la muestra estuvo conformada por 1200 gestantes. Los resultados muestran que la edad menor de 19 años y procedencia de zona rural, ruptura prematura de membranas son la falta de Atención prenatal flujo vaginal Infección del tracto urinario y anemia leve. En conclusión, tienen evidencia relativa en el aspecto sociodemográfico, procedencia, edad, en el aspecto obstétrico, ITU, amenia moderada y flujo vaginal.
The general objective of this research was to determine the factors associated with premature rupture of membranes in patients attended at the Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen, Huancayo - 2022. The method was quantitative, basic, descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional design, where the sample consisted of 1200 pregnant women. The results show that age less than 19 years and origin from a rural area, premature rupture of membranes, lack of prenatal care, vaginal discharge, urinary tract infection and mild anemia. In conclusion, they have relative evidence in the sociodemographic aspect, origin, age, in the obstetric aspect, UTI, moderate amenia and vaginal discharge.
