Reacciones postvacunales en niños menores de 1 año y cuidados brindados por las Madres Centro Salud Ocopilla, Huancayo 2024.

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las reacciones postvacunales en niños menores de un año y los cuidados brindados por las madres en el centro de salud de Ocopilla, Huancayo 2024. La investigación fue de tipo básico, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 35 madres seleccionadas mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de la técnica de la encuesta y dos cuestionarios como instrumentos. Los resultados mostraron que el 97,1% de los niños presentó alguna reacción postvacunal. Asimismo, el 97,1% de las madres brindó cuidados regulares frente a las reacciones. Se aplicó la prueba de correlación de Spearman obteniendo un coeficiente de 0,368 y un p-valor de 0,030. Esto evidenció una relación significativa entre ambas variables. En conclusión, se determinó que los cuidados maternos influyen en la respuesta postvacunal de los niños menores de un año atendidos en el centro de salud de Ocopilla

The study aimed to determine the relationship between post-vaccination reactions in children under one year of age and the care provided by mothers at the Ocopilla health center in Huancayo 2024. The research was basic in nature, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The sample consisted of 35 mothers selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a survey technique and two questionnaires as instruments. The results showed that 97.1% of children had some post-vaccination reaction. Likewise, 97.1% of mothers provided regular care for the reactions. Spearman's correlation test was applied, obtaining a coefficient of 0.368 and a p-value of 0.030. This showed a significant relationship between the two variables. In conclusion, it was determined that maternal care influences the post-vaccination response of children under one year of age treated at the Ocopilla health center.
