Abstract
Determinar los factores que intervienen en la decisión de compra de medicamentos genéricos y de marca en los usuarios que acuden a la oficina farmacéutica Mifarma, de Magdalena del Mar, Lima 2020. Siendo la Metodología. Tipo de investigación básica, transversal, prospectiva y observacional. La población estuvo constituida por los usuarios que acudieron a la oficina farmacéutica Mifarma, situada en el distrito de Magdalena del Mar, en diciembre de 2020; la muestra fue de 100 usuarios. Resultados. Respecto a los factores que intervienen en la decisión de compra en mayoría se presenta que intervienen en un 84% y que no intervienen en un 16%. Además, en un 54% prefieren medicamentos de marca. Conclusión. Se concluyó que los usuarios en alta mayoría con 84% indicaron que los factores intervienen
