Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación fue evaluar el Síndrome de Burnout en el personal químico farmacéutico y técnicos de farmacia de una cadena de Boticas de Huancayo, 2024. La metodología fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población se conformó por 38 profesionales. En la recolección de datos se aplicó el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory. Los resultados, el 55,3 % del personal presentó un nivel medio de Burnout, el 26,3 % un nivel alto y el 18,4 % un nivel bajo. Se concluye que la mayoría del personal farmacéutico presentó un nivel medio de Burnout, siendo necesario aplicar estrategias de prevención y mejoras organizacionales que protejan la salud y garanticen la calidad del servicio farmacéutico.
The objective of the following research was to evaluate Burnout Syndrome among the pharmaceutical staff and pharmacy technicians of a pharmacy chain in Huancayo in 2024. The methodology employed was of a basic type, utilizing a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 38 professionals. Data collection was conducted using the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire. The results indicated that 55.3% of the staff exhibited a moderate level of burnout, 26.3% a high level, and 18.4% a low level. It is concluded that the majority of the pharmaceutical staff presented a moderate level of burnout; therefore, it is necessary to implement prevention strategies and organizational improvements to safeguard their health and ensure the quality of pharmaceutical services.
