Abstract

Este estudio fue Comprobar el efecto cicatrizante del gel a base del extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas de molle (Schinus molle L.) y de ortiga (Urtica urens L.) en ratas albinas. Lima 2021, siendo la metodología, explicativa y experimental, en 30 ratas albinas donde se aplicó las muestras del gel en heridas incisas. Resultados, el efecto cicatrizante se observó con el grupo estándar Cicatricure®, alcanzando un 91.23 %, seguido gel de molle y ortiga al 25% con un 84.21%, al 15% con un 65.79% y el 10% con un 45.03% concluyéndose, que el gel a base de los extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas de molle y de ortiga (Urtica urens L.) presenta efecto cicatrizante en ratas albinas de la cepa Hotzman, a los 28 días de tratamiento
This study was to test the healing effect of the gel based on the hydroalcoholic extract of molle (Schinus molle L.) and nettle (Urtica urens L.) leaves in albino rats. Lima 2021, being the methodology, explanatory and experimental, in 30 albino rats where the gel samples were applied in incised wounds. Results, the healing effect was observed with the standard Cicatricure® group, reaching 91.23%, followed by molle and nettle gel at 25% with 84.21%, 15% with 65.79% and 10% with 45.03%, concluding that the gel based on the hydroalcoholic extract of molle and nettle leaves (Urtica urens L.) has a healing effect on albino rats of the Hotzman strain, after 28 days of treatment
