Síndrome de Burnout en Enfermeras del servicio de Medicina especializada del Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Daniel Alcides Carrión 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar el Síndrome de burnout en enfermeras (os) del servicio de Medicina especializada del Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Daniel Alcides Carrión 2019. Siendo la variable del estudio el síndrome de burnout el cual consta de tres dimensiones: agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y realización personal. El material y método según el enfoque es un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo simple de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo constituida por 16 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de medicina especializada seleccionados por conveniencia. Para la recolección de datos se usó la técnica encuesta usando como instrumento el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).

The present research work had as a general objective: To determine the burnout syndrome in nurses (os) of the specialized Medicine service of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Regional Clinical Teaching Regional Hospital 2019. The burnout syndrome being the variable of the study which consists of three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. The material and method according to the approach is a quantitative, simple descriptive cross-sectional study, the sample consisted of 16 nursing professionals from the specialized medicine service selected for convenience. For the data collection, the survey technique was used using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire as an instrument.
