Apego precoz e inicio de la lactancia materna en madres de recién nacidos del Hospital de Pichanaqui, Chanchamayo- Junín 2024.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre contacto piel a piel e inicio de la lactancia materna en madres de recién nacidos del Hospital de Apoyo Pichanaqui, Chanchamayo 2024. El método fue un estudio de tipo básico, diseño no experimental y transversal. Contó con una población de 40 madres y una muestra censal. En los resultados se halló un 47,5 % de madres que inician la lactancia materna en forma adecuada dentro de los primeros 60 minutos de vida del recién nacido, mientras que el 52,5% no cumplieron con el inicio dentro del tiempo adecuado. En conclusión, se determinó que el contacto piel a piel se relaciona con el inicio de la lactancia materna en madres de recién nacidos del Hospital de Apoyo Pichanaqui, Chanchamayo 2024 (X2 = 14,76; p = 0,000 < 0,05).

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between skin-to-skin contact and the initiation of breastfeeding in mothers of newborns at the Pichanaqui Support Hospital, Chanchamayo 2024. The method was a basic, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. It had a population of 40 mothers and a census sample. The results showed that 47.5% of mothers initiated breastfeeding adequately within the first 60 minutes of the newborn's life, while 52.5% did not initiate breastfeeding within the appropriate time frame. In conclusion, it was determined that skin-to-skin contact is related to the initiation of breastfeeding in mothers of newborns at the Pichanaqui Support Hospital, Chanchamayo 2024 (X2 = 14.76; p = 0.000 < 0.05).
