Abstract
El propósito del estudio fue determinar la relación entre el grado de conocimiento y percepciones de los medicamentos genéricos (GD) y la experiencia de su uso, en usuarios que acuden a la Farmacia Inti, Callao - 2024. Referente al método del estudio, fue no experimental correlacional, de tipo descriptiva, transversal y observacional. La población fue conformada por los usuarios que asistieron a la botica en los meses de enero y febrero de 2024, se usó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, siendo la muestra 110 usuarios; Los resultados mostraron el 94.2% de los participantes cuando tenían una percepción adecuada sobre los GD, tenían una experiencia de uso satisfecho. En conclusión, se infirió en general que no existe relación entre las variables (conocimiento - percepción del GD y la experiencia de uso de los GD), por hallarse un p>0.05.
