Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores asociados al tratamiento farmacológico de enteroparasitosis en niños atendidos en el Centro de Salud San Agustín de Cajas. El método fue aplicativo, analítico, ambispectivo, al diseño de la investigación, fue no experimental, transversal, descriptivo, Los resultados muestran según 57,0% de los niños residen en la zona urbana y el 43,0% residen en zona rural, el 36,7% de los niños por análisis de laboratorio tienen Huevos de Entamoeba coli, el medicamento más usado fue Metronidazol, Albendazol 200 mg. En conclusión, el porcentaje de parasitosis intestinal de los niños es alto debido a las deficiencias de los factores asociados que son predisponentes para la infección parasitaria.
The objective of the following research is to determine the factors associated with the pharmacological treatment of enteroparasitosis in children treated at the San Agustín de Cajas Health Center. The method was applied, analytical, ambispective, the research design was non-experimental, transversal, descriptive. The results show that 57.0% of the children live in urban areas and 43.0% live in rural areas, 36.7% of the children by laboratory analysis have Entamoeba coli eggs, the most used medication was Metronidazole, Albendazole 200 mg. In conclusion, the percentage of intestinal parasitosis in children is high due to the deficiencies of the associated factors that are predisposing to parasitic infection.
