Nivel de conocimiento sobre consentimiento informado en los cirujanos dentistas de la ciudad de Tacna, 2021

Abstract

El consentimiento informado en la consulta odontológica viene a ser considerado un documento médico legal, su aplicación va a permitir vigilar y velar el ejercicio ético del cirujano dental. El objetivo de esta presente investigación fue evaluar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el consentimiento informado en cirujanos dentistas de la ciudad de Tacna. Los resultados indicaron que de manera global se encuentra un conocimiento alto del consentimiento informado, en relación a la redacción y al uso del documento se encuentra un nivel muy alto de conocimiento, en relación a la edad indicaron que los de menor edad reportan mejor conocimiento, en relación al género se encontró significancia, el género masculino obtuvo un nivel más alto de conocimientoInformed consent in dental consultations is considered a legal medical document, and its application will make it possible to monitor and oversee the ethical practice of the dental surgeon.
