Calidad en la Atención Farmacéutica y el Nivel de Satisfacción en los usuarios de la botica Luxury Cajamarca 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre calidad en la atención farmacéutica y el nivel de satisfacción en los usuarios de la botica Luxury Cajamarca 2022. Metodología. No experimental, diseño descriptivo correlacional, corte transversal, prospectivo, estuvo conformado por 254 usuarios, la técnica que se utilizo fue la encuesta, el instrumento que se utilizo fue el cuestionario estuvo conformado por 29 ítems. Resultados. De los 254 encuestados 51% fueron femeninos,78% tenían edad entre 20-35 años. La calidad en la atención farmacéutica fue 27% muy bueno, 25% bueno, 42% regular, 6 deficiente; con respeto al nivel de satisfacción 27% muy bueno, 26% bueno, 39% regular,8% deficiente. Conclusiones. Se determino que existe relación significativa entre calidad en la atención farmacéutica y el nivel de satisfacción en los usuarios de la botica Luxury Cajamarca 2022, hipótesis que se demuestra para un nivel de significancia alfa =0,05 y con un coeficiente de correlación Rho de spearman = 0,534 y p = 0.
