Frecuencia de reacciones adversas a hipoglucemiantes orales en pacientes ambulatorios del Hospital Regional de Huacho, 2021

Abstract

El objetivo es Identificar la frecuencia de reacciones adversas a los hipoglucemiantes orales en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 con tratamiento ambulatorio en el Hospital Regional de Huacho, enero-diciembre 2021.Como método, se presentó un enfoque cualitativo con un diseño no experimental. Presentando una muestra de 414 historias clínicas. El muestreo fue de tipo simple aleatorizado. Así mismo, el medicamento con mayor incidencia de reacciones adversas fue la metformina con 160 reportes de reacciones adversas. En conclusión, las reacciones adversas a los hipoglucemiantes orales en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 con tratamiento ambulatorio, fueron frecuentes destacando las reacciones adversas TIPO A como las mayoritarias.The objective is to identify the frequency of adverse reactions to oral hypoglycemic agents in type 2 diabetic patients with outpatient treatment at the Regional Hospital of Huacho, January-December 2021.as a method, a qualitative approach with a non-experimental design was presented. Presenting a sample of 414 clinical histories. The sampling was simple randomized. Likewise, the drug with the highest incidence of adverse reactions was metformin with 160 reports of adverse reactions. In conclusion, adverse reactions to oral hypoglycemic agents in type 2 diabetic patients with outpatient treatment were frequent, with TYPE A adverse reactions standing out as the most frequent.
