Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el estado nutricional y los niveles de hemoglobina en niños menores de 5 años del Centro de Salud de Santa Rosa Ocopa, Huancayo 2023. fue un estudio de tipo básico de diseño no experimental, transversal-correlacional; la muestra estuvo conformada por 121 historias clínicas. Los resultados muestran que que la hemoglobina en niños fue 11,64 con un desvío estándar de ±0,424, en relación al peso para la edad el 95% de niños estaban normales, la relación del estado nutricional: peso para la edad y hemoglobina se encontró que una Rho de Spearman=0,114 y p-valor=0,145. En conclusión, no hubo relación entre el estado nutricional y los niveles de hemoglobina en niños menores de 5 años.
