Uso de Antihistamínicos H1 en usuarios que acuden a la botica Inkafarma.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la prevalencia del uso de Antihistamínicos H1. Como método, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo de corte transversal, no experimental; se usó un cuestionario, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados indican que los usuarios que presentaron problemas de salud el 77,2% mostraron rinitis alérgica, el 35,4% acuden a farmacias/boticas para que atiendan su problema de salud, el 40,5% adquirieron el medicamento por recomendación del químico farmacéutico, el 81,0%, referente a los Antihistamínicos H1 utilizados con más frecuencia por los usuarios, se observa que el 31,6% utilizan Loratadina. En conclusión, el 81,0 % fue la prevalencia puntual del uso de antihistamínicos H1.

The objective of the following research is to determine the prevalence of the use of H1 antihistamines. The method used was a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design; a questionnaire was used and the sample consisted of 79 users. The results indicate that 77.2% of the users who presented health problems showed allergic rhinitis, 35.4% went to pharmacies/pharmacists to have their health problems treated, 40.5% acquired the medicine on the recommendation of the pharmaceutical chemist, 81.0%, regarding the H1 antihistamines most frequently used by the users, 31.6% used Loratadine. In conclusion, 81.0% was the punctual prevalence of the use of H1 antihistamines.
